WresLink.Pro connects the wrestling industry through public profiles, event listings,
and searchable pages built to help professionals, promotions, promoters, fans, and service providers find each other faster.
Professional Profile Directory
Wrestling professionals can create public profiles with a promo image, bio, travel or service areas,
website, socials, featured videos, merch links, and direct contact access.
The goal is to give wrestlers, referees, managers, photographers, gear makers, designers,
promotions, and other wrestling professionals one clean page they can share with promoters,
fans, and potential clients.
Event Listings for Fans
Approved promotions can post upcoming wrestling events so fans can find shows by promotion,
city, state, venue, and date. Event pages include the flyer image, date, bell time, venue details,
ticket information, map embed, share options, and an add-to-calendar link.
To keep event listings accurate and reduce spam, only approved Promotion profiles can submit events.
Each event must be verified through the promotion email already on file before it appears publicly.
Each approved Promotion can have up to 10 active or pending upcoming events listed at one time.
If an event is cancelled, the promotion can use the event edit link to delete it and free up space
for another listing. Past events are removed through routine cleanup.
Verification and Quality Control
Profile submissions require email verification and review before approval. Event submissions are tied
to approved Promotion profiles and must be confirmed through that promotion’s verified email address.
This keeps the directory more useful, helps reduce fake or duplicate listings, and gives promotions
a safer way to manage public event information without needing a full account system.
Search Visibility and SEO
Approved profiles and event pages are structured to help search engines understand who or what the page is about,
where it is connected to, and why it may be relevant to people searching for wrestling professionals or events.
This can help pages appear for searches like wrestlers in a certain area, wrestling events near a city,
referees, photographers, gear makers, promotions, and local wrestling shows. Search engines are not instant,
so new or updated pages can take up to 30 days to begin appearing in Google and other search engines.
Support WresLink.Pro

directory and event listings clean, accurate, and free for everyone. If you find the platform

Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Overview
WresLink.Pro (“the Service”) is a public profile directory and event listing platform for wrestling and related professionals.
The Service allows wrestling professionals, promotions, and related industry providers to submit public profiles, allows approved
Promotion profiles to submit public event listings, and allows visitors to browse profiles, discover events, share public pages,
report listings, and contact listed professionals through available forms.
By using WresLink.Pro, submitting a profile, submitting an event, requesting an edit link, reporting content, or using any form
on the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit, manage, update, or request removal of a profile or event listing. By submitting
information to WresLink.Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate,
that you have the right to provide it, and that you understand approved public content may be visible to visitors,
search engines, social platforms, browsers, apps, and other third parties.
3. Public Profiles
WresLink.Pro is designed to publish approved professional profiles publicly. Public profile information may include your name
or ring name, promotion name, biography, professional description, travel areas, delivery areas, running areas, promotional image,
website, social links, featured videos, merch links, category, and other public-facing details you choose to submit.
By submitting a profile, you understand and agree that approved profile information may be publicly viewable, publicly shareable
by anyone using your profile link, included in sitemap updates, and accessible to search engines or other third parties that crawl,
index, cache, preview, quote, or otherwise process public web pages.
Contact email addresses used for profile verification and message delivery are not displayed publicly on the profile page.
4. Public Event Listings
WresLink.Pro Events allows fans and visitors to discover wrestling events. Event listings may include the event name, promotion name,
event date, doors time, bell time, venue name, venue address, city, state or region, ZIP/postal code, country, ticket information,
ticket sales URL, event flyer or promotional image, event description, map embed, promotion social links, promotion website,
and links to the related Promotion profile.
By submitting an event, you understand and agree that approved event information may be publicly visible, publicly shareable,
searchable on WresLink.Pro, included in sitemap updates, shown with search engine metadata, and accessible to search engines
and third-party services that crawl, index, cache, preview, quote, or share public web pages.
Event venue addresses are public because they are necessary for fans to find and attend events. Do not submit private home addresses,
non-public locations, or information you are not authorized to publish.
5. Promotion Verification for Events
Only approved profiles categorized as Promotion may submit events. When an event is submitted, WresLink.Pro sends
a verification link to the email address already on file for that approved Promotion profile. The event will not appear publicly
until it is verified through that email link.
This process is used to reduce spam, prevent unauthorized event submissions, and confirm that event listings are connected to
approved Promotion profiles. WresLink.Pro may limit the number of pending or active upcoming events per Promotion and may use
submitter IP address, promotion email, and related technical data to enforce posting limits and prevent abuse.
6. Event Updates, Edit Links, and Deletion
Event updates are handled through private edit links sent to the email address on file for the related Promotion profile.
Edit links are time-limited and are intended to confirm that the person requesting edits has access to the Promotion email.
Event creators may use a valid edit link to update event information or delete an event if it is cancelled, incorrect, or no longer
needs to appear on WresLink.Pro. Deleting an event removes the event listing from WresLink.Pro and may remove the associated event
image from our server. However, deletion from WresLink.Pro does not guarantee immediate removal from search engine results,
cached pages, social previews, browser caches, or other third-party systems.
Past events may be automatically removed from the active event listings as part of routine site cleanup.
7. Submission, Review, and Approval
Profile submissions are subject to email verification and review before approval. Event submissions are subject to Promotion email
verification before publication. WresLink.Pro may approve, decline, edit for formatting or clarity, unpublish, reject, delete,
or remove profiles or events at its discretion.
Review may consider duplicate listings, image quality, accuracy, completeness, spam risk, category fit, event legitimacy,
public safety concerns, abusive content, or overall fit for the platform.
8. Search Engines, Public Sharing, and Third-Party Caches
Approved profiles and event pages may be indexed by Google, Bing, and other search engines. They may also be shared, previewed,
archived, cached, quoted, or linked by third-party websites, social platforms, apps, browsers, and services.
WresLink.Pro cannot control whether, when, or how third-party search engines or services index, display, cache, refresh,
or remove public profile or event information from their own systems.
If a profile or event is updated or removed from WresLink.Pro, older copies or references may still appear temporarily in search
results, cached pages, social previews, browser caches, screenshots, archives, or other third-party systems.
9. Messaging and Contact Forms
Visitors may contact listed professionals through the website’s message form where available. Messages are sent to the professional’s
submitted contact email address. WresLink.Pro does not publicly display that email address on the profile page.
Event pages do not include a direct message button. Event-related contact should be handled through the promotion’s public website,
social links, ticket link, or other public details provided by the Promotion.
WresLink.Pro does not guarantee delivery, response, legitimacy, quality, booking outcome, ticket availability, or the conduct
of any person or business contacted through or discovered on the Service.
10. Reports and Abuse Prevention
Users may report profiles or events they believe are inaccurate, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise
inappropriate. Report forms may collect the reporter’s email address, report reason, related listing information, IP address,
and technical data needed to review the report and protect the Service.
WresLink.Pro may use IP addresses, email addresses, verification tokens, edit tokens, submission timestamps, and related technical data
to reduce spam, enforce posting limits, verify requests, investigate abuse, and protect site security.
11. User Conduct
Users, profile submitters, event submitters, and listed professionals agree not to:
harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse others;
send spam, scams, fraudulent inquiries, or misleading messages;
impersonate any person, promotion, organization, or business;
submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or infringing profile or event information;
submit event listings for promotions you do not represent or have permission to manage;
publish private addresses, private contact information, or sensitive personal information without authorization;
upload malware, harmful files, malicious scripts, or abusive content;
attempt to bypass verification, posting limits, security checks, or moderation;
attempt to access information, edit links, tokens, accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
interfere with the operation, integrity, availability, or security of the website.
12. Fraud Prevention and Independent Responsibility
WresLink.Pro is a public directory and event discovery platform. While profile emails and event submissions use verification steps,
WresLink.Pro does not independently verify every factual claim made in a profile, event listing, message, ticket link, venue listing,
social page, third-party website, or promotional image.
Users, fans, professionals, promotions, sponsors, vendors, and service providers are responsible for their own due diligence when
discussing bookings, services, appearances, tickets, payments, sponsorships, merchandise, travel, creative services, venue arrangements,
or other business activity.
WresLink.Pro is not responsible for fraud, scams, cancelled events, inaccurate event details, payment disputes, ticketing issues,
non-performance, travel issues, failed agreements, third-party websites, or losses arising from interactions between users,
professionals, promotions, venues, fans, vendors, sponsors, or other third parties.
13. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit, but by submitting content to WresLink.Pro you grant WresLink.Pro a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, format, reproduce, distribute, index, promote, preview, and otherwise use
that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, display, and promote the Service, including public profile pages, event pages,
social previews, search metadata, sitemap entries, and related directory or event discovery features.
You confirm that you own the submitted content or have permission to submit, publish, and license it. This includes profile images,
event flyers, logos, social links, video links, descriptions, bios, merch links, ticket links, venue information, and promotional material.
Profiles, event pages, directory pages, and other parts of WresLink.Pro may include third-party links or embedded
features such as websites, social media profiles, featured videos, ticket sales pages, merch stores, Google Maps embeds,
Ko-Fi links, advertising partners, affiliate links, sponsored placements, promotional links, analytics providers,
hCaptcha, and email delivery providers.
Some links, ads, sponsor cards, product links, travel links, service links, or promotional placements may be paid placements
or affiliate links. This means WresLink.Pro may receive compensation, commissions, referral fees, sponsorship payments,
advertising revenue, or other benefits if users click those links, visit third-party websites, sign up for services,
make purchases, or otherwise interact with a promoted offer.
Sponsored, affiliate, or promotional links do not mean WresLink.Pro guarantees, endorses, verifies, or is responsible for
the linked product, service, business, promotion, offer, price, availability, quality, safety, refund policy, delivery,
performance, or third-party website.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, cookie practices, refund rules,
ticketing rules, affiliate terms, advertising terms, and data handling practices. WresLink.Pro is not responsible for
third-party content, pricing, availability, privacy practices, transactions, purchases, bookings, tickets, products,
services, or disputes.
15. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, Affiliate Tracking, and Security Tools
WresLink.Pro may display clearly labeled sponsored placements, advertisements, promotional links,
and affiliate links as part of the Service.
When a visitor clicks a sponsored, affiliate, promotional, or advertising link, WresLink.Pro may record
basic server-side click information for purposes such as ad reporting, sponsor reporting, affiliate reporting,
duplicate-click detection, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, performance measurement, and site improvement.
Optional browser-based technologies, such as analytics cookies, advertising cookies, ad personalization scripts,
affiliate pixels, sponsored-placement pixels, cross-site tracking tools, and similar non-essential technologies,
may be controlled through Cookie Preferences where required by applicable law. Additional details are provided
in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
16. Profile and Event Updates or Removal
Profile owners may request updates or removal by contacting support@wreslink.pro. To request profile removal,
please use the subject line WresLink.Pro DB Removal and include the name or ring name and the email address
associated with the profile so we can verify the request.
Event updates and event deletions should generally be handled through the event edit-link process, which sends a private edit link
to the Promotion email on file. If that process is unavailable or there is an urgent issue, contact support@wreslink.pro.
Removing a profile or event from WresLink.Pro does not guarantee immediate removal from search results, social previews,
screenshots, cached copies, archives, or other third-party systems.
17. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WresLink.Pro disclaims
warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access,
error-free operation, event accuracy, ticket availability, venue accuracy, and third-party reliability.
WresLink.Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, reputational, business-related, financial,
data-related, or opportunity-related losses arising out of use of the Service, public profile visibility, public event visibility,
search engine indexing, third-party links, event cancellation, ticketing issues, user communications, or interactions between users,
professionals, promotions, fans, venues, vendors, sponsors, advertisers, or third parties.
18. Termination and Removal
WresLink.Pro may suspend, restrict, unpublish, reject, delete, or remove profiles, events, reports, submissions, links, images,
or access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated, if a listing is no longer appropriate for the platform,

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors use WresLink.Pro, which pages are viewed, how people navigate the site,
and how we can improve the Service. This may include Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
Where required by law, analytics technologies are only loaded after consent.
C. Sponsored Links, Affiliate Links, Advertising, and Optional Tracking
WresLink.Pro may display clearly labeled sponsored placements, advertisements, affiliate links, and promotional
links as part of the website content.
When you click one of these links, WresLink.Pro may record basic server-side click information, such as the
related placement ID, click time, destination URL, referring page where available, device type, browser user
agent, and IP address or IP-derived hash. This type of server-side click logging does not require us to place
an optional advertising cookie on your device.
Separately, we may use optional advertising cookies, ad personalization scripts, affiliate pixels,
sponsored-placement pixels, third-party ad measurement, or similar browser-based tracking technologies.
Where required by law, those optional technologies are only loaded after consent.
D. Embedded and Third-Party Content
WresLink.Pro may include or link to embedded or third-party content, such as Google Maps, video platforms, social media platforms,
ticketing websites, merch stores, Ko-Fi, advertising partners, analytics providers, and other third-party services.
These third parties may use their own cookies, pixels, scripts, or tracking technologies when you interact with their content,
click their links, view embedded maps, watch videos, purchase tickets, visit merch stores, or use their services.
3. How Cookies and Similar Technologies Are Used
to operate the website and keep core features working;
to remember cookie preferences;
to support profile and event submission forms;
to support email verification and event edit-link workflows;
to reduce spam, fraud, duplicate clicks, and abuse;
to help secure the Service;
to measure traffic and improve performance where permitted;
to load optional analytics cookies where consent is required and provided;
to load optional targeted advertising, affiliate, sponsor, or promotional pixels/scripts where consent is required and provided;
to support third-party maps, videos, ticket links, social links, merch links, affiliate links, sponsor links, and other embedded or linked services.
4. Consent and Cookie Preferences
Cookie Preferences control optional cookies and similar browser-based technologies, not all visible content
or normal server-side processing on the website.
In regions where consent is required, such as the EU, EEA, and UK, optional analytics cookies, advertising cookies,
ad personalization scripts, affiliate pixels, sponsored-placement pixels, cross-site tracking tools, and similar
non-essential technologies should only load after you choose to allow them.
Server-side records created when you submit a form, request a page, or click a tracked WresLink.Pro redirect link
may still be processed as described in the Privacy Policy, even if you choose “Essential Only.”
5. Managing Your Choices
You can update your choices at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
You can also manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies or browser storage may affect
site functionality, form behavior, embedded content, or preference storage.
6. Third-Party, Affiliate, Sponsor, and Promotional Cookie Practices
Third-party providers, advertisers, sponsors, affiliate partners, promotional partners, and linked services may set or access
their own cookies or similar technologies when their services are loaded or used. Their policies govern their own practices.
WresLink.Pro does not control all third-party technologies once you interact with external services, embedded maps, videos,
ticketing pages, merch stores, social platforms, affiliate links, sponsor links, promotional links, or advertising networks.
7. Global Privacy Control and Other Browser Signals
Some privacy laws recognize browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control. Where legally required and technically
supported, WresLink.Pro will make reasonable efforts to respect applicable opt-out signals related to sale, sharing,
targeted advertising, or similar activities.
8. Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated as our Service changes, as we add or remove tools, or as legal requirements change.
The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
